Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide access to updates on upcoming music releases and information related to the musician. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and included features will be shown at checkout. Unless canceled, subscriptions may renew automatically. You may cancel by sending an email to info.prettyboyizy4025@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or stated at purchase.

Music Purchases
Purchased downloads or digital music are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, license, or use the music commercially without written permission.

Merchandise Purchases
Prices, availability, shipping costs, and delivery estimates may change. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our posted refund policy or, if none is posted, handled at our discretion unless required by law.

Performance Bookings
Booking requests do not guarantee availability or confirm a performance. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment of any required deposit or fee. Additional booking terms, including travel, lodging, technical requirements, cancellation, rescheduling, and force majeure, may be included in a separate performance agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

User Submissions
If you submit messages, reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you confirm you have the right to submit it and grant us permission to use it for operating, promoting, and improving the website and artist services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
